All sessions are held in Person or via Zoom include following:
- 20 minute Initial Intention + Clarity call.
- Energy Healing + Session — 2 hrs.
- Your unique home practice + ritual invitations (usually includes extra nutritional + holistic practices to work with.)

After you book your session, you will receive an email with an invitation to choose your date + time for our meeting. Please allow this to take up to one week, we are usually coming together smoothy . <3

Optional:
- Elemental sound journey to deepen your practice and healing path for more guidance + clarity.
- Plant Medicine integration (i.e. mushroom.)

Cancelations are possible for a full refund. Please try to rearrange our session for another day, if possible. Just write me and we will find a solution.
This process can take up to 1-2 weeks from the date you book to the date of the actual session with consultation and scheduling the date.
