The session gives room to uncover and release the root-causes for behavioural patterns individually, as well as in addictive, toxic and co-dependent relationship dynamics.
As multidimensional healer Katharina serves as a guide to transmute and come to inner peace with any current situation on a soul level — which can be your past by healing old narratives, clearing soul contracts, ancestral or past life. She will assist you through the journey and also channel with spirit and your higher self. The visions and messages coming through for you to help you release + align in the NOW.

The concept of soul retrieval is that we all experience trauma during our lives, and when we do, a part of our beings or soul, may flee, fracture, or hide in an effort to protect itself. We call this ‘soul loss.’ The trauma might be obvious (an injury, assault, war, accident, the death of a loved one, divorce, physical or emotional abuse) or it may exist in a more subtle realm. Sometimes trauma can even extend back to the womb or infancy and may stem from not having our needs properly met. Depression, dysfunctional relationships, a sense of separation, an inability to move forward can all be hallmarks of soul loss.

Over and over again, people who feel stuck in talking about their problems have massive breakthroughs in their healing journeys after a soul retrieval. Quantum physics speaks to the principle of conservation of energy: that nothing is created or destroyed, and that everything simply takes a different form. Fractured ‘power’ or ‘soul’ doesn’t disappear but rather takes a new form in the interim, always at the ready to return to its intact state.
In the Western world, we don’t have much sense of ceremony or ritual beyond birth, death, and marriage; soul retrieval is a ceremonial invitation to step deeper into the terrain of your own life and, ultimately, to explore its power and beauty.
SOUL RETRIEVAL
The womb can hold trauma, pain and suppressed emotions and it can become a heavy space within us when we allow these energetic blocks to build up. Over time the energy in our womb can become stagnant which can then manifest in the physical body as an ailment, pain or imbalance. I believe this is why we are hearing about so many issues coming up in the womb space for women right now. I choose to see this as a wake up call from the womb, as if she is calling us to remember her wisdom and her power. As if she is calling us home to really be with ourselves and our divine feminine essence as this is where we can truly thrive.

Furthermore, any blocks held in the womb can also root beyond our own experiences as we can carry the collective feminine wounds, the wounds of our ancestors and the wounds of Mother Earth. Once we begin doing the work and connecting to our sacred womb space, shifts can happen so rapidly than span over many timelines and create ripples far and wide through our family lines and the world. To bring the incredible power and divine consciousness of the womb to light as this powerful place within us that has been suppressed for too long is a very personal passion I hold dear. It is time to remember our truth. For the womb holds the key to reawaken us to our deep feminine power and bring us home to ourselves.

The sessions and questions that can be addressed in the sessions are absolutely open to all energetics you are interconnected with. It is meant to bring you focus and is goal oriented according to your highest alignment and soul purpose — meaning what is beneficial to you and in your highest soul calling.

An additional elemental sound journey and custom plant medicine is available for those that wish to go deeper on their journey. We would collaboratively channel the plant (i.e. mushroom) to take for the session. I have good experience with working specifically with the consciousness state of the given plants. Grandmother Auhyuasca was a plant spirit ally in my journey. I don’t necessarily have to physically experience the effect to be connected.
